Shipping Policy

(Please allow 1-3 business days not including shipping time to process, make, and ship your order.)

  • Priority Shipping (1-5 business days): $20+ (Depending on location)

  • Standard Shipping (3-10 business days): $10+ (Depending on location)

Depending on your location, order weight, and delivery options; it may take between 3-10 business days from when the order is processed to receive it. 

Cancellations

If you wish cancel/change of shipping address - an order please contact us via email @Roxysnaturallanguage@gmail.com or  Instagram DM @ @Roxys Natural Language immediately.

Cancellations need to be done as soon as possible to avoid being shipped. Once it leaves the manufacturer to be shipped it can not be canceled and will arrive to you and then can be returned. Orders can be returned at USPS, cost will be immediately refunded to you.

Refund and Returns

Sometimes things don't work out - that's ok. You can receive a full refund within 30 days of purchase with a shipping receipt of the products*.

If you are unsatisfied with the purchase of your products for any reason please keep your products, send your information and the best method of payment for the refund. Just kindly let me know in detail what I could have done better to make a satisfactory experience- Send a direct email to @Roxysnaturallanguage@gmail.com

If an item is damaged during transit, please send us an email at @Roxysnaturallanguage@gmail.com along with photos of the items and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

Products can not be exchanged at all for any reason. Natural products expire faster and can become contaminated more easily than commercially made products, I prefer you keep the product, donate, or dispose of it. Please chose to recycle or reuse the glass containers. 

A new product can be purchased at any time. If I sent an incorrect product please kindly let me know by email with a photo of the incorrect product and the new product you wish to receive. I will send a new item out immediately-free of cost. @Roxysnaturallanguage@gmail.com
