Priority Mail (2-3 Business Days) - $30.00
Priority Mail Express (Fastest-Overnight) - $70.00
Depending on your location and delivery options; it may take between 1- 10 business days from when the order is placed to receive it.
Cancellations
If you wish cancel/change of your order - please contact us immediately at support@roxysnaturallanguage.com
Cancellations need to be done as soon as possible to avoid being shipped. Once it ships it cannot be canceled. When the item arrives to you, it can then be can be returned - cost will be immediately refunded to you.
Refund and Returns
Sometimes things don't work out - that's ok. You can receive a full refund within 30 days of purchase with a shipping receipt of the products*.
If you are unsatisfied with the purchase of your products for any reason please keep your products, send your information and the best method of payment for the refund. If an item is damaged during transit, please send us an email at support@roxysnaturallanguage.com along with photos of the items and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Exchanges
Products cannot be exchanged at all for any reason. Natural products expire faster and can become contaminated more easily than commercially made products, I prefer you keep the product, donate, or dispose of it. Please chose to recycle or reuse the glass containers.
A new product can be purchased at any time. If I sent an incorrect product please kindly let me know by email with a photo of the incorrect product and the new product you wish to receive. I will send a new item out immediately-free of cost. support@roxysnaturallanguage.com
