Beautiful healthy hair should be affordable and attainable for all. I believe everyone can have brilliant hair with the natural approach. I use pure and mostly organic ingredients as well as stainless steel and glass materials to makes the products becasue I have your health in mind.

How often are products made?

Fresh made batch for each order so you are getting the best quality product.

How do I know when it expires?

The expiration date is on the back of the container of the product you have ordered. It expires (for exp. 12M) a several months out from the time that you placed your order.

Can I return the glass product containers?

Yes, please return, recycle, or reuse or glass containers. If you would like to return the glass container(s) to be sterilized and reused, please examine for any chips, cracks, or damage. If in excellent condition, please email Roxysnaturallanguage@gmail.com before returning. Costs will be covered by the company, and a 20% discount will be applied to your next purchase.

When should I expect my products? 

Please allow 1-3 business days not including shipping time to process, make, and ship your order. Based on your choice of priority or ground shipping, expect your package to arrive within 1-10 days. Estimated Time of Arrival of your package will be sent immediately once the order has been finished and sent to the USPS.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Are the Products scented?

Yes, with pure essentials oils that are in house and third-party lab tested.

Can the products be made scent free?

Yes, all products can be made scent free. All butters and herbs create their own natural scent and cannot be removed or made scent free. No added fragrances or essentials oils.
